The Timeline window makes it easy to change an element’s timing in a scene.
You can change when an element starts or stops in the Timeline window simply by dragging it from one position to another.

The blue Arrow button and the Red/Green button next to the peg determine if changes to the start time of the parent peg will affect child elements. See Timing Pegs and Child Elements. |
